The length of time a wax melt lasts depends on the scent, the amount of wax used and your burner. Once the fragrance has faded, it’s time to replace the wax.

How do I use wax melts?

Simply place a wax melt in the dish of a suitable wax melt burner and follow the manufacturer’s instructions for your burner and tealight or wax warmer.

Never leave a lit candle or wax warmer unattended.

Are your wax melts vegan?

Our wax melts are made using 100% soy wax and our products are made with vegan-friendly ingredients where stated on the individual product listing.

Are your products handmade?

Yes! Every Melts by Flo product is hand poured in small batches in Norfolk.

Because they’re handmade, you may notice small differences between individual products. We think that’s part of their charm!

How strong are your scents?

Our fragrances are designed to fill your home with beautiful scent, but fragrance strength can vary depending on the scent, burner, room size and how much wax you use.
