Returns and Refunds
At Melts by Flo, I want you to be completely happy with your order.
Because our products are handmade and include fragranced items, there are some things you need to know before returning an order.
Changed Your Mind?
If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.
Any eligible return must be unused, unopened and in its original condition and packaging.
Return postage may be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
We’ll look into the issue and work with you to find the best solution.
Handmade Products
Our products are handmade in small batches, so slight variations in colour, shape and appearance can occur. These natural variations do not affect the quality or fragrance of the product.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method.
Please note that refund processing times can vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
If you’re unsure whether your order qualifies for a return or refund, please contact us before sending anything back.
Melts by Flo reserves the right to assess each return or refund request individually in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
